工作職責:

1. 統籌管理基金會的預算/決算、會計核算、財務管理、稅務籌劃等工作;

2. 負責向基金會領導報告財務狀況和經營成果,負責編制年度財務會計報告和各項財務報表,完成年度審計工作;

3. 根據基金會的戰略發展方向,建立健全適合基金會的財務管理體系、資本運營體系和內部控制體系;

行政助理 - 人文社科學院 Executive Assistant(Lab) - HSS (Ref.2018/199/01)

Position Specification

The applicant should have i) a Bachelor’s degree or above; (ii) at least 1 year post-qualification project management or lab management experience, preferably with tertiary institutions; (iii) fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese; (iv) proficiency in Microsoft Office software and information technology; (v) strong communication and management skills; and (vi) capability for working independently when required and as part of an integrated team in a fast-paced environment.

Duties include (a) supporting lab construction and development for different programmes; (b) coordinating the communications with related departments in terms of lab construction and development; (c) assisting the management of labs and providing necessary support on lab utilization; and (e) other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Salary and Fringe Benefits

Salary will be highly competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-Shenzhen, and statutory benefits will be provided according to prevailing labor laws of the Chinese mainland.
